About Us

We are a team of veteran Republican and Democratic women strategists. We have successfully run our own firms, as well as served as partners at top-level consultancies.

Burning Glass successfully engages all kinds of audiences, managing and directing traditional campaigns across a broad range of issues.

However, as an all–female firm with deep and broad experience in public affairs on both sides of the aisle, we have a niche in effectively communicating with female audiences. We take a unique approach to the marketplace, one which recognizes the growing power of women in the electorate, government, and the highest reaches of the private sector.

Whether a corporate, political or specialized campaign, we have a singular goal with each client engagement—to win.

We do so by harnessing the power of all audiences, to create the most impactful, efficient, and successful campaigns possible for our clients.
